Did You Make New Year’s Resolutions for 2020?

Posted .

If so, we hope that you are among the few that have kept them so far! If not, you can allow yourself to get back on track since the year is still early. If living a healthier lifestyle is among your resolutions, your teeth and gums will benefit, too! Healthier foods are better for your teeth than “junk” foods, and an increase in exercise will improve blood circulation to your gums as well. To keep your gums and teeth healthy, floss and brush twice a day, and see us for regular check-ups this year. Your general health will benefit from your good oral health, too. Some dental troubles can affect the rest of your body. When you see us on a regular basis, we can identify problems in your mouth which can be signs of problems elsewhere in your body.

Call us or email us to make your appointment early in the year!  We look forward to seeing you in 2020!
